With your Delta Dental plan, you can go to any licensed dentist, anywhere. However, you will save the most money by choosing one of the thousands of dentists nationwide who participate with Delta Dental.
The Delta Dental Premier network is the largest in the United States, with three out of four dentists as participating members—more than 123,000 dentists in more than 196,000 locations. This gives you the largest choice of participating dentists and provides significant savings.
The Delta Dental PPO network includes more than 69,000 dentists in more than 116,000 locations. This network is smaller than Delta Dental Premier, but offers even greater savings.

Customer Service associate Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The call center at Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana earned the prestigious BenchmarkPortal certification given by the Center for Customer-Driven Quality located at Purdue University.
