Delta Dental Announces Management Promotions

June 22, 2007 (Okemos, Mich.) — Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana recently promoted Valerie Randall to manager of customer service and Bill Karner to manager of database administration.

Randall, a resident of Williamston, joined Delta Dental in 1980 and most recently served as supervisor of customer service. Randall attended Lansing Community College.

Karner, a resident of Laingsburg, joined Delta Dental in 1994 and most recently served as group leader of database administration. Karner has over 35 years of experience in data processing.

Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, with its affiliate in Tennessee, make up one of the largest dental plan administrators in the nation. In 2006, the enterprise paid more than $1.7 billion for dental care for more than 6.2 million enrollees. Offices are located in Okemos and Farmington Hills, Michigan; Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio; Indianapolis and Greenwood, Indiana; and Nashville, Knoxville, and Memphis, Tennessee.
