Jonathan Groat Named Associate General Counsel

May 15, 2008 (Okemos, MI) —Jonathan Groat has joined the Legal Services department at Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and Indiana as associate general counsel.

Prior to joining Delta Dental, Groat was a practicing attorney and partner at Dickinson Wright PLLC, a large law firm with offices in Michigan and Washington, D.C.

Groat, of Ann Arbor, has a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law.

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Washtenaw County Bar Association. Groat is also a former council member of the State Bar of Michigan’s litigation section.

The affiliated companies of Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, and Indiana are one of the largest dental plan administrators in the nation.
