Stay Safe During the COVID-19 Outbreak
Delta Dental prioritizes the health and safety of all of our providers, customers and members, employees, and communities we serve.
The worldwide coronavirus outbreak has us all concerned and taking extra precautions, even as the news and numbers change by the hour.
We encourage everyone, including our employees, to take necessary steps to protect yourselves and others, including: wash your hands frequently, avoid close contact and stay home if you’re sick.
To reduce the risk of exposure and to ensure the safety of our employees, Delta Dental's office buildings are currently closed. This does not mean our work will stop. Employees continue to work remotely, and with our robust claims system, claims submitted electronically will be processed as usual.
We recognize that some of our members may be negatively affected by this global outbreak. We will continue to share health and wellness information, including prevention tips from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Please check this page frequently for updates and oral health resources and information.
