Each year, Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana surveys our members to measure their satisfaction with Delta Dental, and each year, the survey responses are overwhelmingly positive.
In our newest survey, 98.2 percent of respondents said they are satisfied on a “yes” or “no” basis with Delta Dental's service. In addition, 97.1 percent of respondents would recommend Delta Dental to others.
These annual surveys are important, as we use them to help evaluate and continuously improve our programs, services and networks.
