The Delta Dental Foundation’s (DDF) goals are to support education and research for the advancement of dental science and to promote the oral health of the public through education and service activities, particularly for those with special needs. Each year the Delta Dental Foundation provides financial support through grants to various organizations.
For programs/projects that help develop and heighten dental awareness.
Funding to replace existing drinking fountains in schools.
Encourages thesis research related to the costs and outcomes of dental care.
For research on oral health, reducing treatment costs and improving oral health.
For oral health initiatives considerate of low-income children and adults.
Allow classrooms to visit an oral health exhibit at a children's museum.
Thomas P. Moore II Memorial Grant
The Thomas P. Moore II Memorial Grant is a $25,000 annual grant that is designated to support programs that help conduct oral cancer research, offer oral cancer education, or develop and heighten oral cancer awareness among the public.
