Online CE courses are ADA CERP recognized and approved by the State of Michigan Board of Dentistry. These courses are free to Delta Dental network providers and each course includes content, an assessment and a certificate of completion. Annual provider training
Delta Dental requires all participating providers to complete the following training modules each calendar year:
- Fraud, waste and abuse (FWA)
- Compliance
- Cultural competency
These trainings follow CMS guidelines and help ensure providers understand federal and state regulations, maintain ethical standards, and communicate effectively across diverse populations.
