Built-in care coordination

MI Coordinated Health (MICH) is a health care option for Michigan adults, ages 21 and older, who are enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid and live in the Michigan counties of Barry, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, Macomb, St. Joseph, Van Buren, Wayne or any county in the Upper Peninsula (except Chippewa, Gogebic and Menominee).

With built-in care coordination for Medicare and Medicaid services, Delta Dental serves as the dental benefit administrator.
